In 2022, Dr. Yixuan Qin, the Chairman of Accelecom, was selected as a second-level participant in the Jiangsu Province’s sixth “333 High-level Talent Training Program”.
In the first half of 2023, after expert evaluation, review by the provincial “333 Program” expert committee, and research by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, Dr.Yixuan Qin has once again achieved great recognition. The project he led, “Research and Industrialization of Financial Ultra-low Latency Quantitative Trading Technology,” has been successfully selected for Jiangsu Province’s “333 Talent – Young Talent Project”.
The “333 Talent – Young Talent Project” is an advanced program following the Jiangsu Province’s sixth “333 High-level Talent Training Program” in 2022. It is an important talent development plan aimed at selecting and cultivating outstanding young individuals who have made remarkable contributions in the field of technological innovation.
